  • 05 What is the leverage ratio?

    Answer: Leverage = Contract value / Margin. The margin for each of our company's products is different, and the margin for each product is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

  • 06 Under what circumstances will the system perform a margin call?

    Answer: System margin calls occur in the following two situations:
    1. When the intraday or weekend margin call mechanism is triggered. If your equity falls below the stop-out margin, the system will execute a forced liquidation.
    2. Natural gas, crude oil, and index products have expiration dates. For trading orders that have not been closed before the corresponding product contract expires, the system will automatically settle at the settlement price and realize profits or losses after the contract expires. All closed orders will not be automatically rolled over to new contracts.

  • 07 What are the intraday and weekend margin call mechanisms?

    Answer: Intraday margin call rules (normal trading hours Monday to Friday): When equity equals or falls below 20% of the initial margin, the system will execute a forced liquidation.
    Weekend margin call rules: Before weekend and holiday market closures (starting at 00:00), the margin requirement increases to 200% of the initial margin. If the margin requirement is not met, the system will execute a forced liquidation.
    Example: Assuming it's a weekday and your margin used is $100, your weekday stop-out margin is 100*20% = $20. As long as your equity is above $20, it will not trigger a forced liquidation. If it's the weekend market closure or early closure day starting from 00:00, the margin requirement will double, becoming 100×200% = $200. As long as the account meets the margin requirement, you can hold positions over the weekend.

  • 08 Weekend and holiday margin maintenance level?

    Answer: Weekend and holiday margin levels must be maintained at 100% or above; otherwise, a margin call will be executed to restore the margin to the required level.

  • 09 Does a margin call close all orders at once?

    Answer: Weekend margin call sequence:
    1. Automatic liquidation starts with the position with the largest net loss in the account (excluding hedged positions).
    2. If after closing all product net positions except for hedged positions, the account equity still does not meet the above margin requirements, automatic liquidation of hedged positions with the largest losses will begin, until the account equity meets the margin requirements.
    3. If positions simultaneously show the same loss, positions with higher margin requirements will be closed first.
    4. If positions simultaneously show the same loss and have the same margin requirements, they will be closed according to the First In First Out principle.

  • 10 What time is the daily settlement?

    Answer: Daily settlement time is at 5:00 AM Beijing Time (during daylight saving time) or 6:00 AM Beijing Time (during standard time). If positions are held past the settlement time, overnight interest fees will be calculated for forex and precious metals; for oil, natural gas, and stock indices, financing fees will be calculated.

  • 11 What is the difference between standard margin and tiered margin?

    Answer: Standard margin: The margin per lot is the same for all trades. Tiered margin: The larger the number of lots of the same product held, the larger the margin required. Click here for details.

  • 12 How are overnight interest fees charged?

    Answer: Forex overnight interest = Market price * Contract unit * Lots * Rate * Days / 360.
    Precious metals overnight interest = Opening price * Contract unit * Lots * Rate * Days / 360.

    According to international convention, trades are settled after 2 trading days. Overnight interest is calculated based on the settlement date. For positions held from Wednesday to Thursday, the settlement date is from Friday to the following Monday, so all products held overnight on Wednesday need to calculate three days of overnight interest.

  • 13 How long are pending orders valid?

    Answer: Pending orders are valid for the current day by default. Users can specify an expiration date, but if it extends beyond the current week, it will be canceled at the weekend.

    Answer: To log in to the client center, please click "Login" at the top of the website homepage, or click the URL: https://www.jrglobauc.top. After entering the "Client Center" page, you need to enter your customer account number and password, then click "Login" at the bottom of the page to successfully log in to the client center.

    Answer: After successfully logging in to the client center, you can view account balance, available funds, margin used, and withdrawable funds. If you need to handle deposits and withdrawals, you can directly click [Deposit] to navigate to the deposit and withdrawal page, which is very simple and convenient.

    Answer: After logging in to the client center, select [Account Management-Account Information] from the menu on the left, [Personal Information] on this page you can view the information you filled in when opening the account, as well as the current status of your trading account. To modify account information, please contact customer service to arrange this.

  • 04. Change password?

    Answer: After logging in to the [Client Center], select [Account Management-Account Information] from the menu on the left, select [Security Settings] on the page, click [Modify] to open the password modification window, and modify the password on this page. Please note that the password length must be 5-16 characters, combining letters, numbers and symbols.
